How to submit a working modification for xmpp notify component

Hi ,

I’m not a dev but I succeed reading xmpp pyhton3 code after googling to have the possibility to use self signed certificate with home assistant.

I’m sad nobody from HA community doesn’t answer me on the topic I wrote: “Tell Xmpp not to check certificate with tls”

So tell me , so I can give instructions?

I read about xmpp modification I am wondering if it is possible to have httpupload for xmpp and a cam for example or even text to tts
