Use Trigger “Entity” (Not Device) then Choose " binary_sensor.zigbee2mqtt_bridge_connection_state "

      - unavailable
      - unknown
      - "off"

Or what ever it shows, when it happens…
And Start by Not Adding i.e “for 2 min” , or can’t you live with that Notification ?

And in the automation UI, click the 3 dots in top-right of automation Gui, and choose Yaml ( everytime you use the UI there) so you get an idea "whats behind the “logic” presented in the click-and-apply Approach … Also Post the Code here, so others know , as someone/somewhere apparently writes “bullocks” to the UI in effort to “help” people
