How to turn off aqara e1 switch after power on?

If the aqara e1 (QBKG39LM) switch is turned on and the light is turned off, then after turning on the light, the switch restores its state and turns on when I sleep. How to fix it?

found the answer in the settings (exposes section) of the zigbee2mqtt device - item power outage memory

does anyone know how to do this in ZHA?
There is a cluster setting ‘startup_on_off’ 0x4003 - set to ‘null’.
it lets me ‘write’ a 1, 0, on, off, but it doesnt save it.

whats the solution as i keep getting a lot of stick from my wife for randomly turning on switches

Try to find the* StartUpOnOff parameter in the OnOff (0x0006) cluster. If it is available, set its value to 0 *to prevent the Aqara E1 switch from turning on after power restoration.”
