How to use https locally?

I have the home assistant cloud and remote access works, I also have tried setting up let’s encrypt, but the problem is I have to port forward and access it remotely.

See I have slow 1mbps upload for internet, and the reason I need https is so I can use Home Assistant cast locally.
If it is possible and someone can help me, thanks.

Use DNS to point your internal network to your internal IP so the URL will still resolve, it will resolve internally, and the cert will still be valid
