How to use the reverse Proxy in Home Assistant

HTTP headers in the configuration.yaml are now going to be ignored, and have been moved to Settings > Network. This was a very recent update.

I have been trying to set up a reverse proxy using NPM, and that failed. I have the below problem. Would the new reverse proxy solve this problem?

I have home assistant installed in a virtual box on Kubuntu. The networking is bridged, so the VM gets a local IP address. Through the HA app store, I installed an app called homeaccessanywhere.com You sign up, get your token and subdomain, and then enter those into the app on HA and your are done. You can access your HA server from anywhere in the world.

So for example, my URL would be example.homeaccessanywhere.com I use this instead of duck dns, as I could not get duck dns to work. I tried sevral pieces of software to get this work, including NPM.

The problem I am having, is I installed a wiki called bookstacks onto HA through the App store. I can get to the wiki with a local ip address and port of 192.168.50.203:2665
