RWL020, been working for years and suddenly not. I’m using Z2M, I’ve done both the four-button reset and held the reset pin down for 10s+ multiple times. It seems to pair, but all the states just show as “Unknown”. I rename it the same thing and it’s even still paired to my remote BP that I have been using literally for years. And yes it has a brand new battery and the status LED shows when resetting/pairing, but not when I click the buttons.
I’m not sure how to actually read logs for stuff, but the Z2M webui shows last seen N/A after pairing.
I recently moved from ZHA to Z2M, and had the same frustration with one of those Hue Dimmers (v2).
I added a step to remove the battery for a minute after resetting the dimmer (before re-pairing). Not sure if it was after the 4 button or pin reset. It’s all rather a blur. I had given up for an hour, but returning to it to try resetting and removing the battery, it surprisingly paired.
