There you have a bunch of references to the deprecated term add-on and the installation instructions refer to tabs and links (add-on ones) that no longer exist. This will confuse new users that have no idea what an add-on is. I would suggest replacing the old term or supplementing with the new term Apps. Also fixing and testing the install to make sure that is all correct is highly suggested.
Finally if you have had code contributions from anyone or anything else, an attribution section is highly recommended (if not required) to keep people from asking questions. AI Policy | Home Assistant Developer Docs is for official HA code, but is also a good example/guide for community code as well.
