Hue Smart Plug (CH) in Zigbee2mqtt does not show "Power-on behavior"

My Hue Smart Plug (Swiss Version) does not expose “Power-on behavior” in Zigbee2mqtt. As much as I understand, normally hue plugs should do that. Everything is updated. Can the reason be that it is the swiss version?

Same here (USA), the Philips smart plug LOM004 in Z2M only appears to expose State and LQI.
