Hyundai / Kia Connect - Authentification

I was quite surprised to discover that the KIA integration no longer works, even though everything was fine and I had successfully completed the integration before. It’s true that I ignored previous updates for fear of having to reconfigure everything again. Attached is the screenshot I’m getting. What should I do? Thank you.
Unhandled error. I had previously entered my Gmail address, password, and PIN.

Mine works well.

With that, I’m fine. i am looking a solution … i am in Version : 2.45.0 ???

I am on Version 2.52.0

is europe or usa version ?

I would start there.

USA version

I too have been logged out by HA yesterday. I am Europe and have my token but it won’t let me back in. I don’t remember having to enter a PIN. Hoping it will self correct soon.

Same problem here, although all updates implemented. Trying to build an “idiotensicher” and stable application that integrates with my home EMS, but Kia doesn’t seem to like the idea.
Unless a quick solution pops up, could I consider to use a WiFi OBDII dongle and a Car scanner integration?

I solved mine by obtaining a new token. I used the windows method here hyundai_kia_connect_api/KiaHyundaiToken at master · Hyundai-Kia-Connect/hyundai_kia_connect_api · GitHub

I used this App/Addon to solve the problem and it works pretty slick:

No script, Captcha or Chrome login needed.
After installing and starting the App in HA, you just fill in the username and password for your Hyundai Account on the Web UI and it will generate a Token - copy/paste - done!

English only please.

I tried this and it seems to work fine with evcc.
For Hyundai_Kia_UVO is says its also working properly:

[KIA_UVO] Entry: xxxyyy — Hyundai Europe [email protected]
[KIA_UVO] Found 1 matching entry/vehicle pair(s)
[INFO] kia_uvo: Found 1 matching entry/vehicle pair(s)
[KIA_UVO] Reconfigure flow completed successfully for entry xxxyyy
[KIA_UVO] Token transferred to kia_uvo ([email protected])
[OK] kia_uvo: Token transferred to kia_uvo ([email protected])
[KIA_UVO] Transfer complete: 1 succeeded

However, I still can NOT configure it with the token from the logs and it's not recovering itself - even after a restart of HA.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT:
Got it.
Somehow the token was not updated automatically, but I was able to copy it manually from the bluelink_refresh_token UI to my Hyundai_Kia_UVO configuration.

I have just ha the same issue with my integration. I am unable to retrieve a new 'pin/token'. Keep getting an error message from the Kia website. 'Bad Request. It was classified as an abusing request and blocked. client_id : fdc85c00-0a2f-4c64-bcb4-2cfb1500730a'. Just had a discussion with Kia in Sweden and they advise that connecting third party apps to Kia is a breach of contract! So my guess is that is unless you can still retrieve you old token locally on your own system you will not be able to obtain a new one from Hyundai/Kia.
Anyone else have a better suggestion?

From what I have seen in this forum, the issue only comes from in Europe. I am in the USA and do not have an issue (yet) with the Hyundai integration.

After my discussion with KIA Sweden I almost gave up on getting info from my Kia Niro to Home Assistant. Then I read Frank Beetz post above regarding TMA84/Bluelink Token Generator. Installed the add-on and could immediately obtain the token I require. This add-on is intended for Europe so no use for you but I am sure a lot of European users will appreciate the effort put into producing the add-on
