the Insteon integration in Home Assistant recognized a device called “Future Devices FT232R USB UART”. I selected it and submitted the configuration, but the progress bar spun for about 10 minutes before returning the error:
“Unknown error occurred.”
At this point, I feel like I’m peeling an onion! 
I searched for logs but didn’t find any. Does anyone have ideas on what might be causing this issue or where I can find more detailed error logs?
