I am the developer of Mikonus, a 3D smart home app for Home Assistant, Hue, Homey and HomeKit.
With Mikonus you can build your entire home inside the app. You can use LiDAR, if your device supports it, or create everything manually with a 2D editor.
After you have created your floor plan, you can assign your Home Assistant devices directly to the 3D objects. When you are done, you can control your entire house from the 3D model — inside and outside.
Recently I built an export for Home Assistant. You can publish your house from Mikonus to Home Assistant and the map updates instantly when you publish changes.
No YAML, no additional 3D software. Just Mikonus → Home Assistant.
The integration is still in active development and I would really like to get some feedback from Home Assistant users.
