Hi, the cause is probably an old installation of the integration with another account, but now I can’t do a new installation. I click on add integration, select Netatmo, and oops… the attached window appears. I can’t even figure out where the old settings are stored. Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
Go to the Settings > Integrations page. Click the 3 dots at the top right > Application Credentials.
Click that and you should see an entry for Netatmo. Hit the 3 dots next to that > Delete
Hello @ShadowFist , thank you. The problem seems to have been solved now, but instead of asking me for my Netatmo account login, integration ask me for the app credentials. I took a quick look at how to get them, but it seems a bit complicated to do. Wouldn’t it have been better to leave things as they were? Anyway, thanks for helping me.
