I think my voice pe is dead. Hopefully I'm wrong

I’m running home-assistant 6.0 on a rpi 5. My voice PE stopped working while I was on vaccation. I reinstall the Voice PE software, and set up wifi. I deleted my instance of voice PE and then Home Assistant found my voice PE. So i re-added it to home-assistant. Then when I run setup for the device on HA, it says entity not found. I can successfully ping the device IP so it is connected. No Idea what to try next…

the only thing I see in the logs is:

home-assistant-voice-09bf6f @ 192.168.1.59: disconnect request failed. Sorry my backtick key is not working!

can you give us more information , how do you setup your Voice PE,

I used this website “Home Assistant Voice PE” to set it up. From there I reinstalled the voice-pe software and then set up the wifi. Next I added it to HA, went into the device page and ran “setup voice assistant”. The wizard sent me the reponse “entity not found”.
