I want a email and mobile notification when ip_ban is happend

Hi all
Chatgpt has given up and me to
I can get the SMTP part to work.
But when a ip_ban is happening and i get a notifivcation in HA i just cant get it to sendt me a email and a push message.
Isent this possible?

Maybe look for file change and send regular push message saying “ipbans.yaml has changed”

You can probably have it send the ip using file integration

I’m not the best at this so there may be an easier way

Capturing the contents of ip ban then having an automation to simply notify when change is enough

It would be easier if ip ban was a sensor in ha that could be used directly. I will look to see if there is feature request for this or if it exists and I miss it

I guess there is persistent notification. Haven’t had ip ban in a while so I forget but this could work
