I was connected to the cloud, and after update cloud doesn't recognize my computer?

I had the Home Assistant on my computer and my phone, after recent update, my computer doesn't recognize the cloud anymore ?? It works on my phone but not on the computer ?? Please Help, I am a Newbie ..

Check your PC time and date are correct.

Clear your web browser cache or try visiting your Home Assistant cloud URL in private/incognito mode.

Check your network connection is correctly configured on all your network connected devices, including the router. A functioning network should pick up the correct time as @tom_l has advised. Check your router's NTP configuration for confirmation.

A static IP Address can help enormously with troubleshooting. You can do this in your router DHCP configuration section as well as the corresponding devices.

Once you have a IP Address that you know is the same consistently, you can reliably access it without hoping it won't change like happens sometimes/often with DHCP.

Careful planning will save you much grief down the track.
