I am trying to use h265 stream in ffmped/frigate and hvec seems to have a problem with that…
So i was digging around and it seems that alot people have issues with such hardware an video encoding/decoding and there were solutions mentioned about specific driver install in docker…

So my question is…how do i check if this driver is installed/used in home assistant and if not how i am doing it myself…since homeassistant is a pile of containers i am not sure how to get to the one that needs it and on top of it how to install it for testing…
