Icon only visible on one of the entities

This is really strange.
I have two booleans that I want the icon “mid:human-male-female” on.

in the UI helper menu they don’t show up:

They are both set up the same:

But in the frontend:

I have then tried to force on the icon in the frontend

And in the customize.yaml but it just refuses.
Any suggestions?

Typo: mid:human-male-female, should be mdi: … (or hass:…)
