Idea/need: Nuki Opener usage with voice activation from the intercom

Hi all!
We live in an apartment building and need a smart lock solution that supports intercom and is usable without a smart phone (since our 7-years old doesn’t get one yet). Nuki Opener would offer the possibility to open the central door when ever the buzzer is pressed, but that sounds like a too big security issue, even with the possible time schedule.

Therefore, I would like to build a solution, where:

  1. Our son could press the buzzer downstairs at the central door
  2. A HA connected component is activated, opens the voice in the intercom (Koch TC31) and generates a voice prompt into the intercom “Hi, who is it?”
  3. Our son answers “It’s me, John. Open the door, please”
  4. HA analyzes and recognizes the voice and the contents
  5. When it recognizes our son, it opens the door via Nuki Opener.

Would this kind of solution be doable (with reasonable effort)? Thanks!

Best,
Jari
