Solved the Problem. See how below.
I have added 3 door\window sensors from Homeseer to my z-wave JS integration. The first time I tried to create an automation, I would select one of the door sensors as the device but the “Trigger” section was greyed out and said “No Triggers”. I re-booted my RPi and tried creating an automation. At that point I noticed that one of the door sensors had triggers I could add but the other two do not. I re-booted several times and nothing changed. I added 2 motion sensors and again found that only one of the motion sensors had triggers available for automation. I Googled and searched on the this forum and can’t find anyone with the same issue. Perhaps I am searching with the wrong phrases.
BTW, the sensors that do not show triggers in the automation area also do not show any “Entities” when I click on them under “Devices”. The sensors that have triggers available have many "Entities listed.

Update: Selected “Configure” for the “Z-Wave JS” integration and selected “remove node”. Removed the sensors that were giving me the problem and added them back. I also clicked on the 3 dots in the Z-Wave JS integration and selected “System Options” and then selected “Update” (“Enable New Entities” was already enabled). Waited a minute or so and the sensors I had re-added showed “Entities” and I can add triggers for them in automations.
