Idiots guide to Google Mesh migration (different subnet)?

I’ve been running Home Assistant on a PC for some time - no troubles - but I’m planning to shift everything to a Google Mesh network (from a TPLink with three Access Points, to get around bad wifi coverage). I know that Google will instill a change from 192.168.0.* to 192.168.1.* and that will probably play merry hell with my Home Assistant devices and setup.

Is there any easy way around this? I don’t mind setting up static IP addresses (I have them on my main TP Link router) but I suspect I may have to start from scratch on setting up everything (which will be a right pain as I can’t honestly remember how I did most of it, it was so long ago!)… unless anyone has any bright ideas of how to shift networks easily?
