Ignore specific IP on Unifi presence

Reaching out here to see if anyone has any ideas. I currently am using the Unifi integration for presence detection. I have it detecting my phone which works totally fine.

However, I run into an issue when using my VPN into home. Unifi will detect that I’m on the network, then trigger HASS like I’m at home. When I’m using the VPN though, I’m on a different subnet (i.e. 192.168.6.x) rather than the traditional subnet than I’d be when on my local wifi (i.e. 192.168.2.x)

How would I go about resolving this issue? I don’t think the current integration allows for exclusions, which may have been a thing the YAML days may have provided?

I figured the presence detection should be based on MAC connecting to the router more than subnet.

Sadly, with front-end configuration only, there is nothing useful to go off in the docs, so I can’t even begin to tell you what config you might need to set to track by MAC rather than subnet (if possible).
