This is my first Blueprint ever. Its for the IKEA Bilresa with Scrollwheel.
Features:
simple without unneccessary options.
Suitable for lights or Mediaplayers.
Optional switch to allow turning the lamp on by scrolling. otherwise scrolling is only possible, when the lamp is on.
Turning the lamp off by srolling down.
