Hello everyone,
I have a desk that has a control box and a control unit from the company Linak installed.
Through an Add-On I came across the possibility of integrating the desk into the SmartHome via Home Assistant. Unfortunately, the above-mentioned integration of Ikea Ideason Desk" does not work. The add-on crashes immediately after startup and displays the following error: "No unconfigured devices found. Make sure the desktop is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Call pairing mode by pressing the small button with the Bluetooth logo on the controller for about 3 seconds until it starts blinking.
I have always activated the pairing mode on the desk.
The Add-on outputs this error message after just under a second, which in my opinion gives the impression that the And-On did not really look for free Bluetooth devices. Furthermore, there is an add-on called Linak, which, however, refers directly to the And-On from Ikea. The error remains the same.
The ESP32 (standard) is already connected to HomeAssistant.
This is properly displayed under ESPHome. The Bluetooth proxy is also running and can be viewed under HA.
I had also tried to install the “outdated” ideason_desk_controller from GitHub. However, since this is no longer compatible with Home Assistant, this also did not work.
Here is the appropriate link for the Home Assistant integration:
Does anyone already have experience with this add-on?
Did it work directly during your installation?
Thank you for any advice and solutions!
