IKEA thread devices connecting to Apple routers instead of Aqara M200 making them Offline

I have purchased 3x IKEA BILRES, 1x IKEA TIMMERFLOTTE and 1x IKEA MYGGSPRAY as my first Thread devices to test. I have 3x Homepod Mini, 1x Apple TV 4G and 1x Aqara M200 as Thread border routers.

I have set M200 as Credentials device for iOS app for adding devices (icon with key next to hub in Thread setting in HA.

I have added devices without any issues using HA companion app on iOS, updated all FWs.

When I rebooted Home Assistant, 3x IKEA BILRES, 1x IKEA TIMMERFLOTTE went offline, only IKEA MYGGSPRAY remained online. I have rebooted all device, Matter server, devices still offline. I have updated Matter server to new version 9.0.2, still offline.

Then I have realized, that devices connected to my Homepod Mini in Thread map on Matter server web gui, I have rebooted Homepod Mini, devices switched to Apple TV and they are online now.

Basically I would like to use Aqara M200 as Border router only, because I have read that there are these issues with Apple routers, how can I exclude those Apple devices and set Aqara as a main and only Border router?

This is how it seems in Thread setting in HA:

And this is the screenshot when devices were offline:
