Was it something you did, the instructions are wrong, you followed the wrong instructions, your equipment is faulty, you didn’t wait for the install to complete, the internetz isn’t connecting, or is there really something wrong with the software?
Or some or all of the above?
You blanked out the ip addresses, the vital clues…
Seems like something is crashing too. What apps and integrations do you have installed?

I think he means Homeassistant Installations WebPage ( You know the Documentation/Instructions You are Following to Install ), Not your HA Computer

Try to give some details.
Are you instaling HAOS on a clean machine?
How are you connected to your network: wifi or eth.
How old is your computer.
What webpage cant you access.
I use a computer that is two years old as a home assistant I cannot use a web page with the IP address, or the http://homeassistant.local:8123 address, even by mobile application or tablet
