I’m wondering which community channels folks use for their Home Assistant support needs.

Discord is basically unsearchable, so I have asked questions there when there wasn’t any answers here found in a search. I have tried things that came up on Reddit, but honestly they have never once been right. I don’t have a FB account.
I use this search and it very seldom lets me down.

The Facebook page is a morass. So many posts a day it wrecks my normal fb usage

Are you asking on other channels too? The forum is bound to be the highest when asked on the forum. Or is your question rather what forum users use in addition to the forum?

From a lot of Reddit posts, seems ChatGPT would rank high.

Guess both of those may not fit the community criteria though AI would be arguable.
