Would anyone have had a new iStore installed more recently?
Hearing that the HW211 controller has been replaced by a new OEM white label (PC1006 board) that appears to be made by Guangdong Chico Electronic Inc ( https://chico-future.com ).
If it is that company, this might be the controller:
Bottom left hand corner of the board is the connector for the display and it looks like there are secondary Modbus connectors (A2 and B2) beside that, so it might still work along the same lines. It would just depend what address (controller numbers) they have given in their firmware.
