Good morning, yesterday I performed an update and beforehand I made a backup. Since then I haven’t been able to access HA. I can’t access it from the cloud or locally. I enter my username and password and it says they are incorrect.
I know that HA is running, but it’s impossible to log in.
This morning I deleted everything and restored the backup stored in Nabu Casa. After about an hour, when the restore finished, the same thing happened again as before.
I can only see yesterday’s latest backup. Are there any older ones? Or how can I get access again?
The truth is, I must be really clumsy, but I can’t get in through Nabu Casa, and if I try locally, it tells me the username and password are incorrect, even though I know Home Assistant is working.

Can you please tell us what URL you are accessing and maybe provide screenshots? Because this topic doesnt make much sense and it is super unclear at this point for me.
