This shouldn’t be a problem. If you’re still using the same device after the sensors fail, the integration will accept them again and perform calculations to obtain the output sensor values. The main thing is that the entity names match the ones you used when initially setting up the integration.
If the device is replaced with a different one, this is a significant change and a new record should be created.
