Input_boolean switching on automatically

Anyone else having problems with input_boolean switching on directly after switching it off with 0.39? Is that maybe a bug of the new restore functionality?

I have switch for main light and when i switch it off manually, by automation or script it comes direct back to after a few seconds after. No idea why, only reason i can think about is the new restore function.

This can happen when the switch configuration ‘optimistic’ is set to false, but the switch doesn’t get an update to indicate its state has changed.

I see it for my MQTT switches if HA isn’t connected to mosquitto. You don’t say what type of switch this is, so it may be a similar problem.
