Install issues with Synology DS415Play

First post… be gentle

I’ve installed python 3.5.1 and no pip
I copied to the /volume1/@appstore/py3k/usr/local/bin folder
but when I run

I get the following…

Collecting pip

DS415Play is running DSM 6.0.2-8451 Update 2

any help appreciated…

Didn’t try direct install on synology.
Performed install via Docker. I’m liking this a lot better from security perspective(not that I know much about that)
Like it so much I moved all my services/application into docker containers
