I recently purchased an existing house in Saint Petersburg Florida, but live full time in Indiana. We are getting ready to do an extensive renovation and want to see if there are any experienced Home Assistant people out there that I could pay to help me get the rough ins set up and help me determine what equipment I should buy.
I plan on a full alarm system, UNIFI network and switch, UNIFI cameras(8 to 10 cameras), 8 smart TV’s with integrate audio matrix speakers in 10 areas with 8 or 10 zone audio matrix for a whole house entertainment system that includes audio and music, lighting control (thinking about Casey’s Lutron), full sound in each of the 8 to 10 zones with music or TV depending on what we select, remote controls to control sound, music and TV, alarm system(open to whatever but thinking about DSC), water sensors, main water shut off valve, garage door operation(either with a Chamber/Liftmaster with MyQ), door locks on four stand doors(thinking Schlage Z-Wave), 25 blinds and 5 curtains, and finally 3 thermostats (thinking Honeywell T6, T9 or T10).
I have at my home Control 4 and I am not a fan. I cannot do anything myself and my installer has gone out of business. I am pretty hands on, but with my distance to this house would love to pay someone to give me advise on installation, equipment, programming, scripts and what programs should I download and use and finally integration.
