Installation: Images wont boot at all

Hi,

I’m attempting to set up the system but it is failing. Here are the main stats

  • Raspberry Pi4, dedicated Raspberry Pi power supply, ethernet cable
  • SD cards used (128G and also checked a 16G backup)

I am attempting to follow the install instructions, specifically: using the RaspberryPi imager.

I’ve tried both:

  • Home Assistant OS 10.2 (RPi 4/400)
  • Home Assistant OS 10.2 (RPi 3)

When booting, the activity light does not turn on at all. No monitor output occurs. It looks like it cannot boot.

This does not happen with other images (eg: ubuntu).

Is this a known issue? How could I start to fix this?
