Hi. I just installed updates. Now all my zwave devices lost communication. I’m a novice. It maybe something simple. I tried rolling back to a backup and that didn’t work. What do I do? Please help!
Did you power cycle the box ?
Hi. Several times via the GUI reboot and also unplugged the power and plugged it back in.

No. It is a plug.
Your previously connected device info is stored on the Z-Wave dongle. Have you looked for errors in your ZWave JS logs?
