Looks like you didn’t follow the Debian docker instructions but Ubuntu? (Ubuntu is the default I think and you click on a Debian tab on that install page)

That other error related to mosquitto MQTT which I had installed earlier,
Many he instuctions on docker.com that tell you how to install docker… there are debian specific instructions there.
