Insteon keypad integration

Hi All.
Have not tinkered with the Insteon integration for a while. But just noticed my 8 key some of the buttons respond to home assistant commands but HA does not respond to the button presses. In the past I have read something about interesting and configuring the buttons as responder or controller but can seem to find the steps for this configuration in HA

Also saw this post and try to set it up and seems that there is no services in developer tools now.

Adding Insteon Devices

This is a solution, not a request for help. The Insteon integration can be confusing to work with. Under “Configure,” there is a choice to manually override for adding a device. It looks easy, but don’t use it. Basically it asks for the device info and address, so it looks like it should work. It doesn’t.
