I am completely new to HA, I haver managed to integrate my Quinetic switches and HikVision devices to HA which has been a bit of a learning curve, but I managed to get there. However, I have hit a stumbling block when trying to integrate my existing Velux devices (Operated vai Velux Active App) - I have tried to use the VELUX integration, I know the host detail, using the active IP Address of the gateway device, but it is asking for a Password and I do not have this. I have the password for access via the Velux Active App, but not the device itself. There are numbers / codes on the back of the gateway device, but needless to say, none of these codes work… Am I doing something stupid? (The last think I want to do is lose the pairing and configuration that took me ages to set up using the Velux Active App) - Especially when I cannot reach the physical velux’s to re-pair as they are very high into the ceiling void.
