Does it have a brand name?
If the brand name is obscure or unknown there is a good chance the thing runs with Tuya firmware.
Try to find it with the Tuya Smartlife mobile app, see if it finds it.
You can try the core HA integration or one of the many custom integrations for Tuya available on GitHub (Thru HACS loader))
Also there is a section in feature requests to ask for an integration for something.
HmIP means Homematic IP.
How are your setup?
The Homematic core integration is really not recommended. The Homematic_local on HACS is much better integrated and maintained.
