Integration keeps disappearing after reboot

Hey, I have a problem with a custom hacs integration that keeps disappearing after every reboot and I don’t know what is happening or how I can diagnose this.

Following integration is causing my issue:

Midea AC LAN

Strangely it only is this integration, I do have othe custom HACS integrations that work just fine.
I’m on the latest HAOS release 25.6.3

When I add the integration after reboot again, everything is back on the dashboards and working. also all configurations of the device added to the integration is saved and automatically filled.

It’s not a big deal to add the integration after a reboot, but it is annoying.

Can anyone help with how I can diagnose what is happening and if it is an issue with HA or the integration itself ?
