Hi everyone, I need some help here…I have a few shelly devices connected to Home Assistant via Shelly integration. Suddenly, HA doesn’t recognize them and can’t connect them again. I tried to disconnect and conncet again but it’s not possible. They all are have static IP. Can someone help me, please?

What do the logs say?

Sorry, but I’m not very familiar with technical terms. What do you mean by logs?

I don’t see anything related to shelly in all the logs categories

Enable debug logging for Shelly integration, restart HA, wait 10 minutes, disable debug logging and attach here a log file.

I haven’t the Shelly integration, I removed all the devices to try to integrate them again. Now I can’t add the devices and I haven´t the Shelly integration. I´m stuck in nowhere…

Add this to your configuration.yaml file:

logger:
  default: warning
  logs:
    aioshelly: debug
    homeassistant.components.shelly: debug

restart HA, try to configure the device a few times and attach here a log file.

Thanks for your help and support. With the last HA core update, all shelly devices appears again and work properly :man_shrugging:
