Hi, apologies if I’ve posted this in the wrong area. I’m brand new to HA, currently migrating from Fibaro. I’ve recently purchased a Zimi Cloud Connect Hub to bring a Powermesh powerpoint into HA. The Cloud Connect Hub is recognised without problem, and it see’s the two powerpoints, but both say unavailable. Looking at the powerpoint in the Zimi app, everything is normal and I can control the powerpoints etc.
I have gone through the documented troubleshooting, but no matter what I do, I can’t get the powerpoints to show as available.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please? As a side note, I have absolutley no idea how to get any debugging information from HA to find out why they’re not being recognised.
