I am trying to get the google home integration working by setting up a project inside google cloud console. (i have done it in the past but abandoned it)
I have set everyting up, have my client ID and secret, created auth etc etc, and i see the app I created in google home app.
I started from scratch making sure there would be no conflict. When i reach the part of linking my app in google home, i get the home assistant URL but it comes back with an “invalid clientID” I have checked, double checked, recreated and I can see in the screen it is actually the correct ID.
I know I can create application credentials, and I already have google assistant sdk in there for voice scripts. Is that causing the issue? I tried adding a second set of credentials, but i can only choose google sdk, but that didnt help. Its been several hours already so it is not propagation.
I am not sure what to look for anymore in trying to get my google home to link to the app, when i get the error i see it is the home assistant url so I am thinking it is somewhere in HA
