Hi guys, Hope you’re having a great weekend
I have a bizarre issue on home assistant on the ipad pro (1st generation) that I have in the kitchen.
I have a cloudflare tunnel but I also have nabu casa and of course local access. Since yesterday I have not been able to connect the kitchen ipad to any of the home assistant urls.
I got the same error on another ipad but re-entering the cloudflare url fixed it.
I can access all three versions on the browser on the ipad, I find it really odd that I am getting an ssl error even when connecting using http:// for the local version.
I have tried
- deleting the app and reinstalling it
- checking local network permissions are enabled
- restarted the ipad
- Changing the encryption mode in cloudflare to “full”
The ipad is on the latest IOS available for it which is 16.7.10 - wondering if the issue here is that the iPad is not capable of running the latest iOS
I’ve investigated with chatgpt and the conclusion was “that’s weird, sounds like a caching issue with the ipad app, check with the Home Assistant community”!
Anybody else seeing a similar issue?
Any ideas?
