Hi there, after update from iOS26.3 to beta 26.4 beta 1 I do have connection issue on my local network. Most of the time I do see message that I am disconnected. When I use the browser to connect using local IP i do not have an issue. Same if I use iPad with iOS26.3.
I have also managed to get connected once using HA app but after I switched to the other app and back it disconnects again
Got exactly the same problem here on iOS 26.4 beta 1, and iPadOS 26.4 beta 1. Accessing the local server URL via Safari on the same device works every time. Doing it via the Companion app works once (deleted and re-added the app incase that was the issue) but doesn’t work again
I’m experiencing the same problem.
I installed the testflight version… with the same non working result.
All is working fine if I use my external url that goes through cloudflared tunnel and app mapped with https on cloudflare dns.
Temporary work around until the issue is fixed is to delete your HA IP in the Internal Address field so it forces Nabu Casa cloud connection if you subscribe to Nabu Casa
Another +1. Also having this issue. Access from the Browser is fine. If I turn off wifi I’m able to connect via Nabu Casa connection. If I switch back to the local network it works for a bit, but then disconnects again.
From what I can see across other forums and the fact that a number of other web access apps I have exhibit the same connection issues, this is a iOS 26.4 beta bug from Apple’s side. It’s not a HA companion app bug.
Interestingly it also affects MacOS 26.4 beta in a similar way so they must be playing about with WiFi networking things across platforms.
+1 I have 26.4 Beta and same issue. I have found a partial workaround. With 2 servers setup (same server IP with different User ID) I switch between them after failed connection then it connects
