IP camera suggestion

Hi,
I’m thinking of adding a couple of outdoor IP cameras to my setup to check the garden, and I would like a suggestion. I already have a UniFi system in place (for network only right now) and I was thinking of using their cameras because I don’t really need more that what they gives you, but I was wondering if the integration between Protect and Home Assistant as any issue or simply works like the one for UniFi. In alternative what brand/models similar to the Ubiquiti G5 you suggest? It should have PoE and basic motion/line trigger/animal recognition, nothing more.

I would stick with unifi hardware if you already have the networking hardware that supports it,

I currently just have 2 hikvision dome cameras and 2 hilook bullet camera’s connected through my synology nas and its surveillance center.

I use Frigate and coral for more advanced object detection and automation. The frigate documentation provides some recommendations for cameras. I use Hikvision
