Is it possible to stream spotify music via a pc with hass agent

hello,

i have home assistant installed as a VM (the full os version), a mini pc connected to a receiver with hass agent connected via mqtt, the newest version of Music Assistant and a free spotify account

i want to know if it’s possible to somehow stream spotify playlist via the mini pc, using music assistant :slight_smile:

i tried to look it up, but no one is doing this setup.

is it possible? if it’s so, can someone please help me? :slight_smile:

I might be misunderstanding so I have a few questions.

  1. HASS Agent gives HA control over your PC , but please specify how the mini PC is physically connected to the Receiver?

  2. The mini PC is running Windows, correct?

  3. Is the Spotify app installed on the PC?

Hello,

The mini pc is connected via regular audio jack (split to the red and white connectors, which i forgot the names of)

It is running windows

The spotify app is installed
