From time to time I had to edit core.entity.registry
in order to clean out orphan entities that was impossible to delete elsewhere. This has worked well on my HA instance running in a docker container environment on a Linux server as I could stop HA and peacefully do my work on the file (after first making a backup). Then restart HA to test the result.
On my new Yellow however, stopping HA effectively locks me out of the box entirely. I know of no way to access the inner file structure of the Yellow once HA-OS is stopped. And editing this file while HA is running is impossible as HA constantly writes to it.
Please anyone, tell me the secrets.
