Is Pi400 Powerful Enough For Frigate?

I got Frigate up and running, as well as DeepStack and Double Take. I got Double Take to give a total of one match in over 24 hours. I’ve noticed that Frigate is extremely jumpy and seems to lag as well.
So my question is, is it my Pi400 being too weak? If so, what else can I run a supported version on that is powerful enough but also doesn’t hog as much energy as a PC? I currently am running the HA OS and my cameras are the Reolink 820, 830 and Doorbell.
Or am I using outdated addons and need to use something newer?
Also, thoughts on waiting for a Pi 5 8gb and if it could handle it?

Are you using google coral?

No, should I be?/Any good write ups?

You need to change the detector but yes. HAOS has the drivers

As mentioned, a pi4 with coral should be able to handle a few streams.

But make sure you are using an ssd or hd with a quality usb3 adapter. An. sd card will drag the system down.
