Is there any way to force a battery status update in zwavejs?

I’ve had this issue for a while and originally asked about it a month ago but hopefully someone who knows how to fix it will notice this time. :slightly_smiling_face:

I have 4 NEO Coolcam door sensors (NAS-DS01Z) zwave sensors.

A month ago on one of them the battery level indicated 18% so I figured it was time to replace the battery. After I replaced it the battery level stayed at 18% and has never updated yet. I tried waking it, refreshing values, healing it, etc and nothing has worked. it’s still at 18%

then a few days ago another of them started indicating a low battery. It went from around 15% down to 4% over about a week. No biggie. lithium batteries do that I guess.

I replaced the battery yesterday and again the battery level is stuck at 4%.

I’m really not sure what’s going on here with these devices. :man_shrugging:

They seemed to indicate a normal battery level as the battery was draining as expected. But now after the battery is replaced I can’t get the battery level to update. Otherwise they are both working just fine.

I’ve replaced the battery in one of the others and it’s reporting fine.

Nothing I’ve tried has fixed the battery level. the only thing I haven’t done is re-paired them again since that seems fairly drastic. So I’d like to try to figure out what else I can do before going to the nuclear option on them.

Any suggestions?
