ISO Monitoring Equipment Recommendations for large home

I am looking to integrate energy monitoring into HA for a large home ~7,500 sq ft, ~700 sq meters. The property itself is electrically complex as there is two main panels feeding three sub panels across multiple floors and an out building ~150 branch circuits. The property itself uses on average 3 to 5 MWh per month. Location is Midwest USA, 240V 1PH service. Our utility blocks about every possible way of getting information from the meter itself, and not incidentally is one of the most expensive per KWh in the Midwest US.

I need something that can scale beyond just mains monitoring, but I don’t want to buy all the equipment at a single time. I have multiple pieces of equipment I want to directly monitor such as furnace(s), HVAC condensing units, pumps, etc. There is no solar but we do have backup generation that would be nice to monitor.

HA is already setup and running, I have ZWA-2 and ZBT-2 functional and running along with very well developed WiFi and cabled network coverage, my install already speaks Matter, Thread, Z-wave etc. While I may be somewhat new to HA I am not new to z-wave automation or electrical work. You may assume I am legally able to do the work myself and acquire any necessary permits.

My preference is hard wire over plug in, no cloud requirements, and generic control over proprietary integration is definitely a plus.

Thoughts?

Not the developer but you can take a look here:

Every unit can monitor up to 16 channels so you can start with monitoring the first 2 main panels then you can grow with time, may be adding some single channel smart meter to the “main” power consumer if not already covered by the 2 16-channel smartmeters

You want to know expensive? Come to Europe!
Just out of curiosity and excuse me for this out-of-topic question, how much is your electricity bill on average?
